Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ.1 Peter 4:10-11
One of the primary ways of connecting into the life of Calvary Fellowship is to serve. Our desire is to help believers discover how God has uniquely wired them with gifts, talents and passions and to equip people to magnify God by serving in their church, community and the world.
When you decide to make Calvary Fellowship your church home, we hope that service will become a part of your life’s worship. We pray that, in serving here, God would mature and strengthen your gifts and create in you a servant’s heart that would feed into all areas of your life.
There are many serving opportunities at Calvary Fellowship, such as setting up on a Sunday morning, greeting and ushering, hospitality, audio-visual, worship arts, participating in the Children’s Ministry and many, many more. During the summer months we offer Summer School for Serving! It’s an opportunity to try out one or two of the Sunday morning serving roles so you can see what it’s like.
